Federal Court Records on the Web By Mary Lynn Wagner is Library Director at in Cinncinati Ohio Published December Updated January For updated information on dockets available on the web see With all the courts seemingly going in different directions when it comes to putting dockets and filings online it can be difficult to determine who's on the web and who isn't This list attempts to collect information on the various web docket systems all in one place regardless of the type of system being used There are several different systems in place for court documents and dockets on the web among them Web Pacer and Racer each of which works differently Note that Web Pacers require a user name and password which can be obtained from the Generally speaking the Racer systems do not require a fee Arizona Bankruptcy Very limited information available California Bankruptcy Central
